Dear Residents,

Thank you to everyone who attended the Annual Meeting of the Whitemarsh Reserve Home Owners Association yesterday evening. I think everyone had a productive meeting with great information being exchanged between the Board and residents.

Unfortunately, we did not have a quorum for the election of the Board with only 36 out of the required 37 votes submitted, so the existing Board of myself, Lisa Graff, Joe Banfi, Patricia Abboud and Bob Goldberg will continue serving your interests for the coming year.

Please do not hesitate to contact the Board or Property Management if you have any questions or require further information, the Contact Form on the website reaches both the Board and Property Manager so is a convenient way to reach out about a question or issue.

If you are not getting the e-blasts that are sent out you should complete and send a Owner Update Form to the Property Manager, even if nothing has changed from the information you provided to the previous Property Manager. This will ensure you are included in the e-blasts sent out to update the community with important information. Also, we usually post information on the website pretty quickly so you can check there to ensure you did not miss anything.
