April 2026 Community Meeting
Dear Whitemarsh Reserve Homeowners,
The Board of Directors will be holding a community meeting to discuss the recent embezzlement incident involving Avant Garde and its impact on Whitemarsh Reserve.
Date: April 29, 2026
Time: 6:00 PM
Location: Courtyard by Marriott, 7615 SW Lost River Road, Stuart, FL 34997.
This meeting will be conducted for homeowners only. The current property management company will not be in attendance. Legal counsel for the Association will be present to provide information and answer questions to the extent permitted. For those who are unable to attend the meeting in person, a zoom link will be provided.
We ask that all attendees maintain a respectful and courteous environment throughout the meeting. The Board and legal counsel are committed to transparency and will provide as much information as we are legally able to share.
