Pest Control (Raccoons)

Hello Whitemarsh Reserve Residents,

Please do not tamper or move any of the metal traps that have been put out to catch raccoons. As they are protected species the company we have contracted relocates them to a 600 acre preserve by Lake Okeechobee. However if residents move or close the traps it hampers the operation and wastes HOA money. It is also a class 3 misdemeanor to interfere with a trapper and they have installed wildlife cameras close to all the traps to monitor activity.
